1. We are responsible to give the Car with Full Insurance and Maintenance.

2. We are responsible to collect the rent Weekly.

3. We are responsible to inform the driver about the Tickets and Tolls if there are any.

Every driver is responsible for following the rental agreement and applicable insurance requirements.

Drivers must:

✓ Allow only authorized drivers to operate the vehicle
✓ Report accidents and damage promptly
✓ Follow applicable rideshare/delivery requirements
✓ Pay applicable deductibles, Tickets and Tolls when required

1 — STAY SAFE
Move to a safe location when possible and contact emergency services when necessary.

2 — DOCUMENT EVERYTHING
Take photos of the vehicles, damage, license plates, accident location, and surrounding area when safe.

3 — EXCHANGE INFORMATION
Collect the other driver's contact and insurance information.

4 — CONTACT GOLDEN DRIVE MOTORS
Report the accident as soon as possible according to your rental agreement.
